How to use

Start your skincare routine with Clean Team Cleanse & Tone All-In-One to gently purify & cleanse your skin. Once your face is beautifully cleansed (and before applying VIXIN Goji Glow Serum, Shake to Activate Serum or All In One), take the hygienic custom gold applicator, designed to magnetically attach to the top of your jar for easy storage. Scoop a small amount of All-In-One Apple Stem Cell Rapid Eye Repair—just 1/4 of the size of the custom gold scoop—and gently apply to your upper & lower eyelids. Extend the application to the tops of your cheeks and outward toward your temples to cover fine lines or crow’s feet. Dab softly with your ring finger for a delicate touch.

For best results, use morning & night. After use, rinse the applicator & magnetically secure it back to your jar, keeping it clean and conveniently within reach.

Orders placed after 12pm (noon) or on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day. As this is an Australia Post service they do not offer weekend delivery.

CANCELLING OR AMENDING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is complete, you can no longer add items, or change your order.

If you want to add items to your order, you should place another order within 24 hours of your original order, then contact us with both order numbers, and we would be more than happy to refund you the additional delivery charge. Please note if you are an international customer we are unable to offer this service to combine two orders into one parcel.

Usually you are able to cancel your purchase within 24 hours of placing your order, but sometimes our warehouse is super-fast at getting the orders out the door and they could have already dispatched it to you, if this is the case we would be unable to cancel it.

RETURNS PROCEDURE FOR FAULTY PRODUCT

Sometimes things go wrong and if this occurs our returns are usually processed within 10 working days from the day when they arrive back to our warehouse. They will be assessed and accepted if they are deemed as faulty or damaged.

Once the refund has been approved, the funds due should appear on your bank statement within 5-14 working days (Please note that your card issuer dictates refund times and are outside our control).

When returning your faulty products please include the invoice with the details of the products you are returning and enclose a detailed note with your returned parcel.
